The exhibition is oriented to the west. However, some plots look south and are generally located in small valleys whose micro‐climate favors concentration and richness.

BREEDING : Always in vats, respecting the Chablis tradition.

COMMENT: It is a round, supple wine with a good structure typical of Chablis Premiers Crus. TIPS: This Chablis 1er Cru goes perfectly with butter or cream fish.

KEEP : Its roundness and flexibility allow you to enjoy it now; as it is a Chablis Premier Cru, it will gain by aging a few years to express itself at its fair value.
